iPod = iUpset

Yesterday morning my iPod worked fine. By the afternoon it didn't even work. I have no clue what happened, it just won't do anything right now. Which is why I am upset. The stupid thing cost so much and now it is worth the same as dog poo on the sidewalk. I went on Apple's website and it says for the battery service it costs $50.00 plus $6 shipping. Then for out of warranty service other than battery (which is my situation) it will cost $249.00 plus $6 shipping. They don't even give you back your original iPod which I want because I have important files on it. Well not so important files but files I would like to still be able to use. So yeah for that price I could just throw in another $30.00 and get the newest iPod video. It just makes me very weary because this could happen again in another 2 and a half years. I am definitely going to take more care of this one though. This iPod I didn't take care of it like a hard drive that it is. Hard Drives are very delicate and should be treated with care. I treated my iPod like a music player. I am still going to use my iPod like I used to I am just going to be more careful about where I live it. I won't live it in the heat even for a second. I won't leave it in the cold for even a second. Oh well, at least this happened while I am working. I just didn't want to spend $300 on something I already had and worked fine and then just stopped working out of nowhere. I guess I'm ok with it breaking, I understand that things break especially little hard drives. I guess what really frustrates me is that I have no idea what is actually wrong with it. I can't even take it apart to see. Apple really makes me mad about this. Oh well.

Barely Home

Since starting work an school on monday I've barely been home. I'm finally home to relax for a little bit. It feels good to just sit and not being running around trying to get ready for school.
Today I brought my guitar to work so Ryan could see it. He is trying to figure out which Epiphone Les Paul model to buy. So I let him play around on mine. I think he figured out which one to get after he played around on mine.
Tomorrow Xmen III comes out. I can't wait. My friends and I are planning on going to tomorrow night. That movie is going to be so awesome. I'm really excited about this one.
Well I have seem to forgot what I was going to write about. So I'm done.

I am Good and Tired

I don't know what it is, but it feels really good to be tired. I think it is because it is a tired from working. I feel like I actually did something so I am allowed to be tired. Is that weird? I dunno. I just feel tired and I feel happy.
Work was kinda boring but it was ok. I've been talking to this guy at work named Ryan. He is also temp. working. He was there last year but I think I was just getting used to working so I didn't talk to him. But yesterday, I actually started up the conversation and I asked if he was still playing guitar. We started talking about music. It is great their is like this late 40 to early 50 year old at my work and he is awesome. He loves all types of rock music. Like he loves music actually music. He doesn't care about the genre or anything like that. If he likes it he listens to it. Last summer I heard him say Circle Takes The Square. I was like what. I immediately texted my friend. It is awesome because he actually saw Led Zeppelin live in concert. Then, today I found out that he loves Mars Molta.
Ryan plays guitar and he really likes guitar solos. So I told him I would burn him the Protest the Hero Cd. Then I thought that he might like the great Thomas From The Fall of Troy so I will burn that for him. I think that Matt will also like them because they are great musicians.
At work, I actually did the same exact thing I did yesterday. It isn't that bad, I actually like doing the same over and over and being alone. It gives me time to think. I like it because it is also the same as bussing. I didn't have to think while bussing, I just cleaned the tables and went on with my life. It was kinda slow in the beginning of the daybut after lunch time flies. I love it. 12:00-12:30 is lunch then 2:00 is a break. Then I only have like an hour left before I get to go home. Its pretty cool. Well, I have to get some stuff done. So this will be it for right now.

My First Day Back

Today was my first day back at work since last summer. I'm really not used to waking up at 5. But I will have to get used to it sooner or later. Today wasn't that bad, its funny because nothing seemed to have changed. It really felt like I took only a week off. It was kind of weird. For the next couple weeks I am going to be working on this huge project that involves glass paste and me printing and firing them. I think their is 89 containers of different glass paste. Then I have to print 24 pieces of each. So yeah you do the math. I only got through 5 today. I will probably get more done tomorrow just because today I was getting back in the groove of things.
I'm mad, tonight is the season finale of 24. I have seen every episode and guess what. I can't watch it tonight. I start my Windows Server 2003 class tonight. It gets even worse. I probably won't even get to watch it until like friday or something. It sucks. I should get going just because I need to get ready for class tonight.

Work Tomorrow...NOOO! Then Class...NOOOO!

Well, it is sunday night. The night before I have to go back to work. It sucks a lot. I have not worked since last summer. I mean, I have worked my butt of this school year but I mean actual work. I have to start waking up at 5 again. It was easier when I was in high school. I had to wake up at 5:30 in high school so it wasn't much of a change. But since being in college, I've been waking up at 7 every day and my bed time has changed also since I am sleeping in more. I've been going to bed at like 12 and later. That isn't so good right now. Also starting tomorrow, I have my first class of summer semester. It starts at 6:15 and ends at 9:45. I am going to be so dead tired. This sucks so much. Oh well, I need the money and I need this class for school. So yeah, I need to go get some sleep. I have a really bad head ache and I am sleepy.
By the way, I saw Over The Hedge today. That movie was so funny. It was worth the 11 bucks especially since the theater just put in new projectors. They had to have been high definition because they looked so sharped. Okay I am definitely going now.

Band Practice

Well, tonight was my band's practice. Tomorrow we are playing at my friends graduation party. It sucks because we had 2 news songs and both them we had to cut because we weren't ready to play them. The one song, well its my fault we can't play and it sucks. I just don't think the tuning and the chords I am playing are right and the one part really doesn't sound right. Keith noticed that it didn't sound right and I've known it hasn't been right since we started playing it. I just don't know what to do, because I think the other members are mad that I can't play the song. There isn't anything I can do though. So I just feel bad. Other than that band practice went well. I am exhausted though.
My dad made me help him do yard work today. That consisted of me running wheel barrel full of dirt up the back hill to dump. Yeah, it sucked a lot. My legs are still tired. The best part is....we are not finished. So yeah, that is what is scheduled for me tomorrow before I have to leave for this graduation party. It sucks because I want to practice my bands songs before so I have them down tight. Last graduation party my band played, I messed up so much because I thought I knew all the songs and I didn't practice outside of band practice. That was a huge mistake on my part. I learned my lesson from that. So yeah, I am really tired. It just hit me all of a sudden. So I am going to end this short, there is other things I wanted to type up. Oh well, this will have to do for now.

College

So I have finally gotten all my grades for the past semester. I am so happy that this semester is over and that I got great grades. My GPA is now 3.70, my parents are considering putting me in the national honor society. I was like doesn't that cost like 75 bucks. My mom said that, that is a small cost because I will be able to put that on my resume. So yea, that will be kind of neat. I do not know what the difference is, but I have been more focused while being in college. I think it is because college is much more focused. All that busy work was so annoying, I think it caused me to not to care as much. College is much more focused and their is no busy work. Well, I have to get ready for tonight.

Waiting...

I went to go get my hair cut and they said it would be an hour. Since the hair cuttery is only 4 minutes from my house I decided to just go home and wait it out. So here I am. I have a half hour to go.
Upon searching the world wide web, I came across that I can get awesome student discounts on some awesome software. I want to purchase Macromedia's Studio which is regularly like $999.00 and I can get it for 289.98. Then I also want to get Microsoft's Office 2003 which is like a $400 program and I can get for $179.00. Then I also want to upgrade my laptops OS. I might want to upgrade to Windows XP Professional Edition. I can buy the upgrade for really cheap. The only problem is I have no money at the moment. But I think that this will be a worthwhile investment especially since this software will be very beneficial to my line of work.
Hmm....I don't know if I have anything else to write. I am sitting on my bed with my laptop watching Boy Meets World.

A couple days off

I finished the spring semester this past monday. It was pretty dumb, my school had me come back in on a monday. I don't know why they could not finish the semester on a monday. It was pretty dumb if you ask me. Anyway, I have been off for the last 3 days. Tuesday I didn't do anything. It is pretty weird, I mean I have been so busy lately so now that I have off, I still feel like I should be doing something. I feel really lazy not doing anything. I hate that feeling. Yesterday, I went over to Lexie's and we just chilled. Which is ok, we started watching a bunch of movies but in the middle of them we turned them off. We started watching Weird Science, which is just kinda weird. Later, Cindy, lexie, and I went to a couple stores. Lexie and I went into blockbuster, lexie entered to be a member. We rented Hoodwinked. Their was a character that reminded me of my friend Tom. It was pretty funny. Other than that it was just pretty funny.
Today, I have also been lazy. I really do hate not doing anything, but I guess you could say I am lazy. I mean my room needs to be cleaned, but I just don't feel like doing it. Uh, I actually hate this feeling. I feel lazy because I am not doing anything, but then I don't feel like doing anything. Is that weird? I dunno, I just don't like it. This afternoon I need to get my hair cut. It is getting pretty long. I especially need to get it cut because this saturday my band Sorry About Tomorrow is playing at a graduation party. So yeah, I want to look my best.
Tomorrow, I have to go to main campass and try to sell a couple of my books. Then I need to buy a book for my class. My class starts next this Monday, and I also start working this monday so I will not be able to get my book that day. So I need to go tomorrow.
I also need to work on some of my websites. So yeah, I think I will start to work on them now.

My first Blog entry

Well, I am finally finished. This has been the semester from "hell". I hate to have used that word but I could not think of any word to best describe it. I had 6 classes this semester. I worked so hard and it feels so good to see my grades. I received 5 A's and one B. I am also very very proud of my Lexie. She worked really hard and passed math. Yay! I am so happy for her.
Anyway, have recently acquired a laptop. I love it. I actually use it so much. I also bought a memory upgrade for it on May 4. I got a great deal on it on eBay. For nine bucks I am doubling my laptops memory. Their is a problem though. I have not received it yet. The person I bought it from lives in Maryland. I of course live in PA. I should have received the memory within a couple working days. Uh its frustrating me, just because their is nothing I can do but just wait. Oh well, I will just this out.
Other news, I went to the zoo this weekend. It was awesome, I seriously love animals. The only problem with the zoo was that we only had like a 2 hours to look at everything. The cheatas were awesome, and the giant river otters were as playful as ever. After that zoo experience, I came home and started looking at other zoos websites. I came upon this and it has fascinated me for like a couple days since I have found it. The San Diego Zoo has webcams set up from this company. Here is the site.
